Inside Our Factory: A Real Look at Where Your Bags and Hats Are Made

Photos and specs on a website only tell you so much — most buyers only really trust a factory once they've seen it with their own eyes, either in person or through a video call. Since a site visit isn't always possible before your first order, here's an honest look inside our facility: the buildings, the showroom, and the production floor where your bags and hats actually come together.
Our Facility
This is an aerial view of our 48,000㎡ complex — production workshops, warehousing and our office building on one site. Having everything under one roof means cutting, sewing, printing/embroidery and packing all happen in-house, without depending on outside subcontractors we can't personally oversee.
The Showroom
Our showroom holds hundreds of past styles and samples across backpacks, bags and hats — school bags, promotional totes, outdoor packs, plush-character designs and more. When a new client isn't sure how to describe what they want, this is often the fastest way to get aligned: pull a similar existing style off the shelf and adjust the material, size or branding from there, rather than starting a pattern from a blank page.
The Production Floor
This is one of our four sewing lines, staffed by our 200+ skilled machine operators. Each line specializes in a category — bags, hats, backpacks or accessories — so orders move through people who sew that product type every day, rather than being spread across generalist stations. Bundled materials, in-line QC checkpoints and dedicated stitching stations for zippers, straps and reinforcement all happen right here before anything reaches final inspection.
