What we make
Four crafts under one roof in Gaoqing County — sewing, weaving, moulding and knitting. Headwear is catalogued on this site; the bag range is catalogued by our product brand, Sanjin Bag. Same floor, same 200+ workers, same BSCI audit.

Backpacks are the busiest thing on our sewing floor — panelled shells, padded and airflow back systems, load-bearing shoulder straps and bartacked stress points, alongside totes, duffels, business bags and pouches in Oxford, canvas, ballistic nylon and recycled rPET.

Hand weaving & crochet
The hands that weave our straw headwear also weave bag bodies. One craft line, two product families — raffia and paper braid woven to shape, cotton rope crocheted by hand.

Injection moulding
We cut our own moulds in-house. A bespoke suitcase shell profile is tooled, sampled and produced on one schedule under this roof, instead of being routed through an outside mould shop.

Most bag and hat suppliers buy shells from a third-party mould shop and inherit that shop’s schedule. We tool hard-shell luggage in house, which is why a bespoke shell profile can be quoted, sampled and produced on one timeline — and why the moulds stay yours.
