    Design & Sampling

    Our pattern makers turn your sketches, tech packs or reference samples into production-ready patterns, with pre-production samples in 5–7 days.

  2. 02

    Fabric Cutting

    Computer-controlled cutting machines cut fabric layers with precision, keeping every panel consistent and minimizing material waste.

  3. 03

    Sewing & Assembly

    Four specialized production lines with 200+ skilled workers assemble bags and hats to strict workmanship standards.

  4. 04

    Printing & Embroidery

    Multi-head embroidery machines and screen-printing stations apply your logos and artwork with rich, durable detail.

  5. 05

    Quality Control

    In-line inspection plus final random inspection (AQL) on materials, stitching, hardware, zippers and finishing before packing.

  6. 06

    Packing & Shipping

    Products are packed to your requirements — polybags, cartons, labels and barcodes — then shipped worldwide by sea, air or express.
