A classic sewn-braid sun hat: paper straw braid is stitched round by round into a rounded crown and a medium-wide brim, giving a crisp, even shape and very consistent colour across a large run. Finished with a grosgrain ribbon band and an inner sweatband. Braid width, brim size and ribbon colour are customizable. MOQ 1 piece at sample pricing, 200 pieces for bulk, lead time 18-28 days.
